Through this agreement, Dead Letter Media's releases will now be distributed worldwide via Sony Music Entertainment's international distribution network, expanding the reach of the growing roster of alternative and emerging artists. Dead Letter Media Announces Launch of SOCAN Publishing Division
Dead Letter Media has announced the official launch of its music publishing division, expanding the company’s role in supporting songwriters and composers. The new division will be administered through the Canadian performing rights organization SOCAN, ensuring comprehensive royalty collection and administration for works represented by the company.
The publishing arm will focus on representing and developing songwriters across alternative, independent, and emerging music scenes, while maintaining the company’s commitment to artist-driven creative work.
